Affordable Caviar's Policies:
· If
your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact the carrier
and our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please
keep all packaging and items exactly as they arrived. Please provide a clear
photograph of the damaged item, documentation and or other proof of damage, so
that a claim process may be initiated immediately.
· After 24 hours, the buyer
shall be deemed to accept the item and seller should have no obligation to
accept a return or credit.
· Cancellations cannot be
made once your order has been shipped.

Affordablecaviar.com is not responsible for any incorrect shipping
information provided by the buyer.

A
direct signature is required upon arrival. Please ensure the receiving
party is available upon delivery.

Affordablecaviar.com reserves the right to pass along any additional
charges due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the
ordering customer. Please check your name, address and zip code carefully before
submitting your order.

Affordablecaviar.com will take no responsibility for delayed deliveries
due to Acts of God, heavy holiday shipping schedules, etc. Should your package
be delayed while in carriers’ possession it is the responsibility of the
carrier, to indemnify any losses sustained by you.

All
merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon
arrival. All Caviars are packed to travel for 48hrs. In case of a day delay by
FedEx, Caviars will still be Fresh and Safe to consume. Any caviar that takes
longer than 48hrs to arrive, should be shipped back to our company with frozen
ice packs that were provided in the box originally. Credits are contingent to
FedEx Claim. A credit will be issued as soon as FedEx has completed their
investigation. There are NO CASH refunds on caviar purchases. Credit may be
issued if the following conditions are met:
1) The jar/tin has not been opened or tampered with in any way.
2) The concern has been reported to Affordable Caviar's main offices within 48
hours of delivery via email
3) The caviar has been shipped to the actual billing address.
4) The payment has cleared and is not pending during the complaint.
5) The caviar must be shipped standard overnight at the expense of the client,
or personally delivered to one of our
designated locations, within 48 hours. Please keep all
packaging intact for returns.
6) The caviar must be delivered with a copy of the invoice.
